100% Rayon — soft, lightweight, breathable, with a slight sheerness in strong light.
Care: Hand wash cold before first wear to prevent tie-dye bleed. After that, machine wash cold on gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang dry.

Still flowy for a size 14. I'm also 5'7” and it's truly floor length for me so if you're shorter you'll have to tie the straps higher and/or get it hemmed.
