Sizing varies by style. Please use the recommended US size range and garment measurements on the individual product page rather than relying only on your usual size. Compare the bust, waist, hip, and length with a similar garment you already own, and note any adjustable ties or oversized details.

You can also use our general size guide. If you are unsure, email us your height, usual size, and relevant body measurements. A real person from our team will help you choose.

“One size” describes the cut of a specific garment; it does not mean that every one-size piece fits every body. Each product page lists its recommended US size range and garment measurements. Many kimono robes have an intentionally oversized shape with an adjustable or removable sash, while the fit of our dresses and kaftans varies by style.

Many styles include pockets, but not every piece does. Look for “pockets” in the product description or features before ordering.

Opacity varies by fabric, color, and lighting. Check the individual product page to see whether the piece is lined, opaque, or semi-sheer. Lightweight fabrics and lighter colors may appear more sheer in direct sunlight, so a swimsuit, slip, or nude undergarments may be helpful depending on the style.

Not exactly—and that is part of what makes it yours. Hand-dyed and hand-printed pieces can have small variations in color, pattern, and placement. These natural differences are part of the handmade process, not defects.

Care can vary by fabric and dye process, so please follow the instructions in the product description and on the garment label.

Hand-dyed pieces should be hand-washed separately for the first three washes unless the garment label says otherwise. The fabric may feel slightly crisp or carry a light scent at first because of the dye or hand-printing process; this usually improves after the first wash, leaving the piece softer and ready to wear.

Coco de Chom resortwear is designed in Dallas and, today, handmade in small batches by independent makers in small workshops in Thailand. A few earlier styles still in stock were handmade in India. Ready-to-ship pieces are stocked and shipped from our Dallas studio.

We do not claim to be a fully sustainable brand. We focus on practical, specific steps: producing in small batches, creating limited quantities, working with independent makers and small workshops, and continuing to improve our materials and packaging where possible.

Custom sizing and made-to-measure dresses aren’t part of our regular service. For bridal parties, group orders, or other special projects, email info@cocodechom.com. We’ll let you know what may be possible based on the style, quantity, timing, and our makers’ availability.

All ready-to-ship orders are packed and shipped from our Dallas studio in the United States.

Most orders are processed within two business days. During busy holiday periods, processing may take up to three business days. Delivery time begins after processing and depends on the shipping service and destination. Sundays and US public holidays are not business days.

Standard US shipping is free on orders over $35. For other orders, add the items to your cart and enter the delivery address to see the available services and shipping cost before payment.

One-day and two-day delivery options may be available for US orders at checkout. The delivery estimate does not include order-processing time. If you are ordering for a trip or special date, contact us before placing the order so we can help you choose the best available option. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Available destinations and shipping services are shown in the country selector and at checkout. International delivery estimates do not include customs-clearance time.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import taxes, local fees, and carrier fees that apply to the shipment. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping cost unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

We will email your tracking information when the order ships. If you do not see the email after the order-processing window, check your spam or promotions folder, then email info@cocodechom.com with your order number.

Please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors first. Some carriers mark packages delivered before they arrive, so allow up to 36 hours. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier and email us with your order number so we can help with the investigation.

Yes. Enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. To include a short message, add it to the order notes or email us immediately after ordering with your order number.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged. Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Once approved, ship the item back with tracking within seven calendar days of receiving your return authorization. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with the original tags attached. Final-sale, custom and personalized items are not eligible except where required by law. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.

Email info@cocodechom.com with your order number, customer name, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. Once we review the information, we will help with the appropriate replacement, return label, or refund.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Coco de Chom does not receive your full card number. The payment methods currently available for your order will appear at checkout.

If sales tax applies to your order, it will be calculated from the delivery address and shown at checkout before payment.

Yes. Resort boutiques and approved retailers can email info@cocodechom.com. Please include your store name, location, website or social profile, styles of interest, preferred delivery date, and estimated quantity. We will reply with current minimums, pricing, and production timing.
