U.S. Delivery -FREE SHIPPING OVER $35 WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, allow 3-8 working days for delivery. (First Class Mail)
Non-U.S. Delivery – Charges based on services selected, allow 4-20 days for delivery. International orders/shipments are not available for countries where we are unable to track delivery to the final address (e.g. Russia and Eastern Europe).
Coco de Chom will process orders placed within our local standard business hours. Orders received outside of these times are processed the next working day.

Please provide a mobile phone number or email so we can text or email you to confirm when your order has been shipped.
With international Orders, please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Coco de Chom is not responsible for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
Order Processing
For orders placed before 12pm (noon) US Central Time on business days, we do our best to process and ship them within the same day, provided there are no order issues pending your response. Orders placed beyond this time or during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. (Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or US public holidays.)
Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 2 business days, while some orders may take additional time. If there are any issues with your order that would cause delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. Possible delays may include:
- Inaccurate or Incomplete Payment Information
- Incorrect Address
During high volume holiday seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
Orders ship from our Dallas facility. We work with United States Postal Service (USPS), DHL, and UPS to provide the best, most reliable US shipping options for you. Because we individually review delivery service for each and every order to ensure you the quickest, most cost-effective solution, items that are ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together.

- Delivery times depend on distance to location. Please note that the Estimated Times do not include order processing or customs clearance time. Your tracking information will be updated with that information as your order gets closer to its destination.
- Delivery services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
- Duties and import taxes - International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
SHIPMENT STATUS
You will receive an email shipment notification as your order ships. It includes tracking information with which you can follow the delivery of the package. If you have not received this notification from us, please contact us for more information and we’ll help you track your item.
If the tracking status shows the package as delivered and you have not received it, please wait 36 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. After 36 hours, we are happy to help open an investigation with the delivery service.
