Care
Our products are handmade with love by artisans, each piece is unique. To keep your garment in great shape, wash it on cold and gentle cycle, do not tumble dry and hang dry immediately after washing. Do not bleach.
At first, you may feel the material is not so soft as described or may have some strange smell because of the tie-dye or hand print process. But the difference will be visible after the first wash. You will get soft and super comfy ready-to-go wear.
Return
We gladly accept returns and exchange, excluding those that are on final sale. Please contact us if you wish to request an exchange or a refund. We cannot accept returns unless it is pre-approved by us.
We offer our customers a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with our products within 14 working days since the day that you received an order.
All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable.

This kaftan is intentionally long, oversized, and flowy with a deep V neckline. It is designed for a relaxed resort-style fit and is plus size friendly, not a fitted or tailored look.
If you are petite, shorter than 5’4”, or prefer a more covered neckline or fitted style, this dress may not be the best match for your preference.

Fabric Care:
- Hand wash cold before first wear to prevent dye bleed for tie dye
- After that, machine wash cold (gentle cycle), tumble dry low or hang dry

The fabric is lightweight and may appear slightly sheer in some lighting. It may also feel a little different at first, but it will soften after washing. This style is intentionally oversized and relaxed, not fitted, and the waistline is adjustable to help shape the fit.
