Non-U.S. Delivery – Charges based on services selected, allow 3-15 days for delivery. International orders/shipments are not available for countries where we are unable to track delivery to the final address (e.g. Russia and Eastern Europe).

Coco de Chom will process orders placed within our local standard business hours. Orders received outside of these times are processed the next working day.

With international Orders, please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Coco de Chom is not responsible for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.



We do have specific return and exchange policies. Please read the following details carefully for a comprehensive understanding of our terms and policies.

We gladly accept exchanges and returns provided you:

Please contact us if you wish to request an exchange or a refund. We cannot accept returns unless it is pre-approved by us. 
We offer our customers a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with our products within 5 working days since the day that you received an order.

We don’t cover the shipping cost of returning and if you wish to request a refund we only offer the refund for the cost of the products. We will provide you the return label without any cost for defective or damaged products only.

>>>Returns can be processed for items that are unworn and unused, with original packaging materials and tags attached, are returnable within 20 days (US Customers) and 40 days (International Customers) of original purchase date. 

>>> We do not accept returns for sales, custom or personalized orders and Item(s) on sale.

>>> Item(s) returned to us without any return authorization will not be accepted or credited.

>>> If there is a defect, fault or material damage (picture proof required) of the garment we will exchange the product or refund payment once the product has been returned if deemed necessary.

E X C H A N G E  details

>>> Buyers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

R E T U R N S  Procedure 

  • Request a return via email within 5 days of receiving your item.
  • Provide proof of purchase with an invoice number and customer name.
  • Once we receive your information we will provide you return authorization and the return address. You can ship by your own expense with any courier service that allows you to track the package so that it is not lost. We will refund the full amount of your order, excluding optional shipping charges and return shipping fees. The steps to follow are:
    • Pack the items you wish to return together, in the clear plastic bags they came in, in an appropriate shipping envelope or box.
    • Include a copy of the invoice in the package.
    • Go to the local courier office and send the items you want to return to the address that we provide in the return approval email.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product on return, if it is obvious the item has been worn or damaged an invoice credit will not be granted.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to return the item safely to us. All returns must be sent with tracking numbers. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, damaged, or not delivered.

R E T U R N S  Procedure (Defects, Faults, Damage)

Please email and include the following information to expedite returning faulty items:

  • Order Number and Customer name.
  • A clear photograph of the damage, defect or fault.
  • A written description of the damage, defect or fault.

Once we receive your information and authorize the return or replacement, we will send you a return shipping label, provide you with a replacement, or both. 

  • Pack the items you are returning together, in the clear plastic bags they came in, in an appropriate shipping envelope or box.
  • Include a copy of the invoice in the package.
  • Place the return shipping label on the package and take to the correct local courier office or U.S. Post Office, get a shipping receipt.

Refunds can only be issued via the original payment method such as credit card or Paypal.
